The reality is that the most important ingredient while doing keto is actually the higher level of consumption of healthy fats. So opting not to have meat does not mean you have to skimp on flavor.
There are a few guidelines to keep in mind since the keto diet is a little more restrictive but the results are worth the effort.
What Can I Eat On A Keto Vegetarian Diet?

If you are either a octo-lacto or octo-vegetarian than doing the keto diet will certainly be easier but that does not mean that vegans can’t also do the diet.
Types Of Vegetarianism
Octo-Lacto vegetarians are permitted to eat both dairy and eggs
Octo vegetarians choose to consume eggs but not dairy
Lacto vegetarians are permitted to consume dairy but not eggs
Vegan consume no animal products or by-products and exclude both eggs and dairy.
