Keto pies, you read that right! Just because you’re on a low carb diet doesn’t mean you you can’t have pies!
This collection of keto pie recipes has something for everyone. No matter if you prefer rich chocolate or fresh citrus desserts, you are sure to find a low carb pie that satisfies your cravings while also helping you stay on track and in ketosis!
All of my pie recipes are low in carbs, sugar-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and diabetic friendly. That’s what makes any of these a perfect, guilt-free treat for anyone not just those doing keto.
The keto pies are made with either almond or coconut flour and use sugar-alternatives such as monk fruit and erythritol so that they have zero glucose impact. So you can stop craving sweets while doing a low carb diet and start eating them again!
When it comes to low carb baking and pies especially, I’ve learned a thing or two. The foundation for making delicious keto options is learning everything you need to properly bake with alternative ingredients. That’s why I created my Keto Baking Tips post to help you be as successful as possible when baking delicious keto treats!
When I first began I thought a keto pie might be out of the question but boy was this girl wrong! I’ve managed to even create keto “apple” pie, keto pumpkin pie, and even no-bake pies!
I should mention, I have also included cobblers, crisps, and crumbles (oh my!) in this keto pie collection as I feel they all belong to the same family as pie.
There is definitely a debate online as to whether cobblers and such are considered pies but I think they definitely belong in the same grouping. After all, a cobbler is just a “rough” less pretty pie with a top and sometimes bottom crust.
If you ask me, cheesecake feels more like a pie too but the internet seems definitive that they are cakes so we won’t go that far!
Keto Pie Crust
The key to any pie, especially low carb pie, is the crust. It can be tricky to nail the crust when baking with alternative ingredients but no need to worry. I’ve made many different keto pie crusts for all sorts of pies to satisfy any craving. In this collection, you’ll find a range from simple press-in crusts, no-bake crusts, and even flaky crusts.
I’ve gone through the trouble of perfecting as many pie crusts as were necessary to appease this sweet tooth of mine and I’m confident you’re sure to find what you’re looking for.

Sweeteners Work With These Keto Pies, Tarts And Cobblers
You’ll also need a good sweetener. The sweetener you use will depend on your preference and will make a difference in your final result. I’m personally a big fan of monk fruit such as Lakanto and erythritol blends like Swerve.
You can also use the stevia and erythritol-based brand Pyure. The aftertaste of stevia doesn’t play well with my tastebuds but many don’t mind and prefer it. But if using Pyure you will want to use only 1 tablespoon since it’s a much sweeter option.
In my journey from being a sugar addict to enjoying a keto lifestyle, I have converted many of my family’s favorite pies and created new favorites as well.
So if you are looking for delicious, keto pie recipes, then you’ve come to the perfect place. And if you prefer your recipes in a cookbook than online then I’ve got good news for you! If there is one thing I particularly proud of sharing it’s how we combined our Christian faith with the keto diet.
In case you don’t know, Randy and I came to the keto diet looking at it from a Christian perspective. As believers, we live our entire lives supported by God’s grace.
So when the Holy Spirit led us to combine our Christian faith and the keto diet, we did so in hopes of finding lasting transformation.
Randy had been a diabetic for over 15 years and he was dealing with the consequences of this disease. I was a survivor of the Guillan Barre Syndrome and was fighting fibromyalgia and chronic sciatica.
To say we needed God’s intervention is putting it mildly. When we followed the Holy Spirit’s prompting to we got on the path to real transformation.
Knowing firsthand the benefits of this decision we have created a closed Christian group that is using the keto diet to transform their lives. I love how supportive and encouraging this group of believers is. It’s exciting to see how people are transforming their lives by combining this lifestyle with the Christian faith.
The testimonies coming out of our Fittoservegroup is what motivates us to continue to share what we’ve learned.
We invite you to join our Private Facebook Group and see if it’s not the key you have been missing.
