Can I Use Frozen Strawberries?

Yes, frozen strawberries work just as well for this sauce. Just be sure to let them thaw completely before blending.
You can thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or leave them out on the counter for a few hours.
However, if you use previously frozen strawberries, it's best not to freeze the finished sauce again, as refreezing food is generally not recommended for quality and safety reasons.
