In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese with a sugar-free confectioner's sweetener and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
Next, pour in the cold heavy cream and continue to beat the mixture until it becomes light, fluffy, and fully whipped.
Add the blueberries and mix until they are fully pureed into the mixture. (Tip: You can also use a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment for easier preparation.)

Best Sugar Substitutes For This Recipe

Personally, I really like using a powdered sugar substitute with Lakanto Confectioner's Sugar Substitute Monk Fruit, and it's my favorite.
I went with a powdered sweetener because it blends easily with no gritty texture. Plus, there is barely any aftertaste.
I’m also partial to Swerve's confectioner's sugar substitute However, it does have a slightly cooling aftertaste.
This can be an issue for some people. In the case of cheesecake, that may not be a problem because it's a cold dessert.
If you instead use a granulated sweetener, you will have to double the amount of sweetener called for in the recipe, and you will need to ensure the sweetener dissolves well when mixing so that the texture of the fluff isn't gritty.
That will be the case if you use Lakanto granulated sweetener, Swerve granulated sweetener, or even Splenda.

Instructions
