How To Make A Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Here are step-by-step instructions for making these tender steak bites.

To start, heat up a cast-iron skillet or other large skillet on medium-high heat. My preference is to use a cast iron skillet for a nice sear, but you can even cook the steak pieces in an air fryer.

While the skillet is heating up, cut your steak into bite-sized pieces. Once the skillet is hot, add your steak pieces to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown on the outside and cooked to your desired level of doneness.

Next, remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside on a plate. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced fresh garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and slightly softened.

Now, it’s time to bring everything together. Return the steak to the skillet with the garlic butter and toss to coat the steak pieces in the butter and garlic mixture. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until the steak is heated through and coated in the garlic butter.

Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want to add a little extra flair, garnish with some chopped fresh parsley before serving.

In just a few simple steps, you’ve got a delicious and satisfying meal ready to enjoy. Plus, this recipe is incredibly versatile, so feel free to add your own twist. Whether you’re hosting a dinner party or enjoying a weeknight dinner, these keto garlic butter steak bites are sure to impress.

To cook steak bites in an air fryer, preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. While the air fryer is preheating, toss the steak bites in a bowl with melted butter, salt, pepper, and minced garlic. Once the air fryer is preheated, add the steak bites to the basket in a single layer and cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired level of doneness and the thickness of the steak bites.

Flip the steak bites halfway through the cooking time. Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired, and serve immediately.
