Sifting all of the dry ingredients together (after measuring them out) ensures you keto biscuit has the best texture.
Once you've sifted the dry ingredients, you'll add the melted butter, sour cream, eggs, garlic and mix well until a thick batter forms.
Then fold in the shredded cheese, bacon and chopped parsley.
When the batter is ready, drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.

These easy keto bacon cheese drop biscuits are low in carbs, gluten-free, and packed with flavor. Ready in 30 minutes—perfect for breakfast or a savory snack!
Ingredients
Keto Bacon Cheese Biscuits
- 2 ½ cups almond flour measured and sifted
- 3 tablespoons of coconut flour
- 3 ½ teaspoons of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of sea salt
- ¾ cup of sour cream
- 4 eggs, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup of thick chopped cooked bacon
- ¼ cup of chopped parsley divided
Melted Butter
- 6 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Cook 8-9 slices of bacon until lightly crispy and then chop into small pieces and set it aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large bowl measure then sift your almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Note that you will be measuring first before sifting. (Don't skip this step)
- Once you've sifted the dry ingredients, you'll add the melted butter, sour cream, eggs, garlic and mix well until a thick batter forms.
- Then fold in the shredded cheese, bacon and chopped parsley.
- When the batter is ready, drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake until golden brown about 20 minutes.
- As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, baste them with melted butter.
- Garnish with some more parsley (optional).
- Refrigerate any leftovers for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month in an airtight container.
