Strawberry Vinaigrette

How To Make A Low Carb Strawberry Salad With Strawberry Vinaigrette

keto strawberry salad ingredients

keto strawberry salad ingredients

To make this keto strawberry salad, start by preparing the homemade strawberry vinaigrette. Making the vinaigrette first allows some time for the ingredients in the dressing to come together.

For the vinaigrette, start by washing and slicing the strawberries. Then add all the dressing ingredients into a food processor or blender and combine until smooth and creamy.

You can refrigerate strawberry dressing for up to three days. The leftover dressing should be stored in an airtight container like a mason jar for best results.

To make the salad,  start by peeling the cucumbers lengthwise and removing the seeds. Then chop cucumber into bite-sized pieces and add them to a large salad bowl or mixing bowl.

Slice the red onions and place them into the salad bowl all along with the salad greens, strawberry slices, and blue cheese crumbles. Top the salad with the sliced avocados and garnish with the slivered almonds.

Add the dressing and toss the salad right before serving to avoid the greens from wilting.
