The Ultimate Keto Mocha Swirl Pound Cake

Keto mocha swirl pound cake

Are you looking for a way to enjoy pound cake while doing a low carb keto diet? If that’s the case, this keto mocha swirl pound cake has your name written all over it.

Fan of pound cakes, but the fact that you no longer allow grains and sugar into your diet preventing you from enjoying them? Well, are you in for a treat.

My keto mocha swirl pound cake was inspired by my low carb cream cheese pound cake, a recipe that went viral. It’s become a favorite in the keto community and that my friend is very humbling.

Don’t Despise Small Beginnings

As a matter of fact, when I first launched this blog, I would have laughed at the idea that any of my low carb keto recipes would go viral. Because in the early days if I had more that five people see my posts, it was considered a great day.

Surprisingly, today thousands of people are tuning in and frankly it feels surreal.  Truly, I praise God every day that he has entrusted me with this assignment.

Apparently, my readers love easy to duplicate, delicious keto recipes. I can’t say I blame them. After all, no one wants to attempt a low carb keto recipe only for it to fail miserably.

I know all too well what that feels like. It was a pretty regular occurrence when I first embarked on the lifestyle.

When At First You Don’t Succeed

For this reason, those failed attempts cause me to be very intentional with my recipes. In the hope that they are not only delicious but easy to replicate.

Even though those early days were not fun, the fact that I stayed the course has made this journey very rewarding. Besides, if I had quit at the first sign of struggle, I would not have had the opportunity to engage with you all.

Because my low carb cream cheese pound cake was such a hit, I thought I would create a keto mocha swirl pound cake that tasted just as good as good, and was just as easy.

Doing Keto Easily

As far as I’m concerned, a low carb keto lifestyle should never leave you feeling deprived.

These days I rarely across a food item that I can’t give it a low carb keto makeover. It’s incredible what persistence can create. After all the last thing I want to hear is that anyone trying to get healthy feels like they are missing out.

With that in mind, feel free to reach out to me with any recipe requests. It would be my honor to assist you in converting a traditional recipe into a low carb keto one.

Fast forward four years and today creating recipes like this keto mocha swirl pound cake has become a fun pastime for me. Fortunately, my family fully encourages me in this endeavor.

Of course, you don’t hear any of them complaining when asked to test one of my creations.

Fact is, they are all too eager to be my guinea pigs. What never fails to amuses me, is that even those who don’t do this lifestyle want to participate in the testing.

Can I tell you that it’s a great thing when my non-keto friends and family complement my recipes? Listening to them say “if this is keto, sign me up”,  makes this girl want to do a little kitchen dance. 😉

In Conclusion

To summarize, don’t let a food craving defeat you. Instead focus on all the delicious food choices you can enjoy. Why make it about what you can’t eat, when there are so many great low carb keto options.

Hi I am new to your site but I am falling in love with it. I absolutely love the inspirational pages!!! I just made the Pound cake listed about, I am waiting for it to cool a bit but I am thinking the middle isn't done. The top was getting too dark so I pulled it out. Any suggestions? I did a double...

    • Hi Christy so glad you are encouraged by our site. Every oven is different but how about you cover with foil and then bake at 250 degrees for another 20 minutes or so. That would do the trick ????
