How to Make This Carnivore-Friendly Casserole

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese, and optional seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated. Then, mix in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until it melts into a creamy sauce.
Next, fold the diced ham into the cheese sauce, ensuring all pieces are evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into a 3-quart casserole dish or a 9x13 baking pan, spreading it out evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ground pork rinds, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional Italian spices to form the crumb topping.
Sprinkle this mixture over the top of the ham and sauce, then drizzle melted butter over the entire dish.
Finish by adding the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dish is bubbling.
Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Randy and I came to the keto diet looking at it from a Christian perspective. As believers, we live our lives supported by God's grace.
So when the Holy Spirit led us to combine our Christian faith and the keto diet, we did so in hopes of finding lasting transformation.
To say we needed God's intervention is putting it mildly. When we followed the Holy Spirit's prompting, we got on the path to real transformation.
Knowing firsthand the benefits of this decision, we have created a closed Christian group that is using the keto diet to transform their lives.
We invite you to join our Private Facebook Group and see if it's not the key you have been missing.
