How To Make A Carnivore Cordon Bleu Bake

Would you like to save this?
Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F and greasing a 12x12 inch casserole dish.
While the oven heats, make the cheese sauce by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, Dijon mustard if you're using it, and grated parmesan cheese.
Stir continuously until everything melts together into a smooth, creamy sauce. Set it aside to cool slightly, which will help it thicken.
To assemble the casserole, start by spreading the shredded chicken evenly across the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Next, layer the ham slices on top of the chicken to completely cover it.
Pour most of the cheese sauce over the ham, reserving about one cup for later. Add the Swiss cheese slices over the top, and then drizzle the remaining cheese sauce over that layer.
For the topping, mix together ground pork rinds, parmesan cheese, sea salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if you're using them. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
Cover the dish with foil and bake it in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Once done, remove the foil and broil the casserole on low for about five minutes, just until the top turns golden and bubbly.
