You can’t really talk about movers and shakers in the keto community without mentioning his work.
Jimmy Moore has dedicated his life to helping people find the correct information needed to properly do the diet that saved his life.
He does a fantastic job of breaking down the deep science of ketosis into layman’s terms and therefore takes away the intimidation factor when embarking on the keto diet.
Is the first book that he co-wrote with his lovely wife Christine Moore who’s an NTP. In this book, they team up to help you apply the principles of nutritional therapy while doing a low carb diet.
