How To Make This Easy Vinaigrette

Making this vinaigrette is simple and takes just a few minutes.

Start by thinly slicing or chopping a medium red onion and mincing the garlic cloves-these fresh aromatics are key to the dressing's bold flavor.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, the prepared onion and garlic, brown mustard, Italian seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, ½ teaspoon of your preferred sugar substitute, and a pinch (about ⅛ teaspoon) of red pepper flakes.
Whisk until the ingredients are well combined. Store it in an airtight container, like a mason jar, and give it a good shake before each use. It will keep well in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Tangy Italian Vinaigrette (Keto)
- ¾ cup of apple cider vinegar
- ⅓ cup of olive oil
- ½ medium red onion thinly sliced or chopped (about ⅓ cup)
- 4 finely minced garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
- ¾ teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ teaspoon of fresh black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of sugar substitute
- ⅛ of teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Instructions
Tangy Italian Vinaigrette
