Craving a bold, satisfying burger that doesn't come with a carb crash? My keto pork burgers are packed with juicy flavor and just the right touch of heat, thanks to lean ground pork and a smoky chipotle sauce that takes it over the top.
Whether you're firing up the grill for a weekend cookout or need a quick, skillet-seared dinner on a busy night, these low-carb pork burgers bring serious flavor to the table, no bun required.
It's an easy recipe you'll want to add to your keto meal plan rotation.
This recipe was inspired by our keto turkey burgers, and it's another option for those who want a twist on the classic red meat burger.
Why This Recipe Works

- Lean pork, maximum flavor - Using lean ground pork keeps the burgers lighter without sacrificing taste. Pork naturally has a rich, savory profile that stands up well to bold seasonings.
- Built-in juiciness - Cold cubes of butter folded into the meat melt during cooking, creating pockets of moisture that keep the patties tender and juicy from the inside out.
- Perfect keto binders - Almond flour and Parmesan cheese do double duty by holding the burgers together while keeping the recipe low in carbs and gluten-free.
- Bold, smoky chipotle kick - The homemade chipotle sauce brings heat, creaminess, and depth, elevating each bite without overwhelming the natural flavors of the pork.
- Versatile cooking methods - Whether you pan-sear or grill, these burgers cook beautifully and hold their shape, making them ideal for any season or kitchen setup.
- No bun, no problem - Served over greens or wrapped in lettuce, these burgers deliver all the satisfaction of a classic burger without the carb-heavy bun.

- Ground lean pork: The base of the burger, providing moisture and rich flavor with less fat than traditional ground beef.
- White onion & garlic: Add depth and savory balance to the pork mixture.
- Worcestershire sauce & apple cider vinegar: Brighten the meat and enhance umami.
- Chipotle powder & cayenne pepper: Bring a smoky, spicy kick to each bite.
- Almond flour & Parmesan cheese: Help bind the patties while keeping them keto.
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder: Classic seasoning mix to elevate the overall taste. - Chopped parsley: Adds freshness and color to the patties.
- Cold unsalted butter: Creates juicy pockets in the burger, keeping them moist as they cook.
For the Sugar-Free Chipotle Sauce:

- Avocado mayonnaise: Creamy base for the sauce.
- Sriracha, smoked paprika, chili powder, chipotle powder: Provide heat and smokiness.
- Sugar-free ketchup & granulated sugar substitute: Add sweetness and tang without the carbs.
- Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper: Balance the flavors and round out the sauce.
How To Make These Gluten-Free Pork Burgers

Start by preparing the sugar-free chipotle sauce. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, sugar substitute, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Place the sauce in the fridge to chill while you prepare the burgers.
Next, cube the cold butter and return it to the fridge to stay firm.
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork with the chopped onion, grated garlic, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, chipotle and cayenne powders, almond flour, Parmesan, seasonings, and chopped parsley.
Mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Gently fold in the cold butter cubes last - these will help keep your patties juicy as they cook.
With wet hands, form the mixture into six evenly sized balls, then flatten them into ½-inch thick patties.
Heat a bit of oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the burgers for about 6 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. You're looking for a firm texture and an internal temperature of 160°F.
Serve the pork burgers on a bed of greens or crisp lettuce leaves with sliced tomato and red onion. Add a generous dollop of the chipotle sauce on top for that perfect finish.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 weeks.

Tips & Variations
- Top with avocado slices or a fried egg for added richness.
- Want it dairy-free? Skip the Parmesan and butter - just add a little olive oil to the mix for moisture.
- Make mini sliders for keto meal prep or party snacks.
