How To Make Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Soup

Begin by cooking the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until it becomes crispy. Once done, remove it from the pan, chop it into bite-sized pieces, and set it aside for garnish.
In a large pot over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook it thoroughly, breaking it apart as it browns.

This carnivore bacon cheeseburger soup is a rich, creamy, high-protein meal made with seasoned ground beef, crispy bacon, beef broth, heavy cream, and melted cheddar. It delivers all the classic cheeseburger flavors you love without the bun or carbs. Perfect for strict carnivore or keto lifestyles.
Ingredients
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of onion powder
- 4 cups of beef broth
- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces of full-fat cream cheese
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Soup Garnish
- ½ pound of bacon, cooked until crispy and chopped
- ¼ cup of chopped parsley (optional, for ketovore)

- Reduce the heat to medium-low.Stir in the heavy whipping cream and mix well. Add the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Continue stirring until both cheeses are completely melted and the soup is smooth and creamy.
- Ladle into bowls and top with crispy bacon. If desired, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
