How To Make This Carnivore Crack Chicken Recipe

The good news about this recipe is that it can be made in four different ways, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner.
To make things easier for you, I am including all the ways you can make this addictive chicken recipe so you have zero excuses as to why you should make it.
Crock-Pot, Slow Cooker Crack Carnivore Chicken

To make this carnivore chicken recipe in the slow cooker, simply place the chicken breasts in the crockpot along with the cream cheese and seasonings. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through, shred it and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces until everything is well combined.
Oven, Crack Chicken
For the oven method, place the chicken breasts in a baking dish with a bit of water and butter, then top with cream cheese and seasonings.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, then shred the chicken and mix in the cheese and bacon.

Instant-Pot Option
If you're using an Instant Pot, add the chicken, cream cheese, and seasonings, then pressure cook for 10 minutes.
After releasing the pressure, shred the chicken and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Carnivore Rotisserie Crack Chicken
For a quick shortcut, you can use two shredded breasts from a rotisserie chicken instead-just skip the salt and pepper, and mix the warm meat with cream cheese, cheddar, and bacon until heated through.
How To Quickly Shred Your Chicken

I have several ways you can shred your chicken easily. The following are my tips.
- Two-Forks- Once the allotted cooking time has passed, you'll shred the chicken by taking it out of the crockpot, oven dish, or Insta pot and using the two-fork method, where you hold one end of the chicken while you pull the other fork across the flesh of the chicken until it shreds.
- Food Processor: If you have a large food processor, this method works like a charm. Simply add the chicken and process until it shreds.
- Stand-up Mixer/Hand Mixer- You can also shred the chicken in a stand-up mixer with a paddle attachment or a handheld one. This happens to be my favorite since it's so quick.

Other Ways To Cook Carnivore Crack Chicken
Oven, Crack Chicken
In a baking dish that has two tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of butter add the chicken breasts, spices, and cream cheese, Then bake the chicken in a preheated 350° oven for about 40 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked shred the chicken and add the shredded cheese and cooked bacon pieces.
Instant-Pot Crack Chicken
Add the chicken breasts, spices, and cream cheese into the pressure cooker and cook for about 10 minutes. Once the chicken is done, shred it and add the shredded cheese and bacon pieces.
Rotisserie Chicken Option
You can even skip the cooking process completely by using the two breasts of rotisserie chicken instead. In that case, you'll simply be heating up the chicken and stir in the ingredients. If you go this route, you'll need to eliminate the salt and pepper from your seasonings since a rotisserie chicken is usually seasoned.
