My favorite way to use this keto fresh cilantro garlic sauce is drizzled over our keto Mexican skillet. It’s also quickly become my favorite dressing for salads!
How To Make Keto Spicy Cilantro Garlic Sauce
Making this sauce truly is so easy that anyone can make it. You simply toss all of your ingredients in your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. That’s really it!
When making the sauce it’s easy to customize to you and your family’s liking. Not a fan of spicy food? Just leave out the jalapeno seeds for less heat or don’t add the jalapeno at all for no heat.
You can also control the heat by adding only half of the jalapeno and tasting before adding more. If your sauce is too thick you can add a little more olive oil or thicken it by adding more mayonnaise.
Whatever your preference, you can customize this sauce to your liking. You can even add in a teaspoon of our keto Tex-Mex seasoning for a more complex flavor!

- 1 bunch of cilantro, about 1 1/4 cups
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 jalapeño, remove the seeds for less spice
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- In a blender, add in the cilantro, mayonnaise, olive oil, lime juice, jalapeno, garlic, and salt.
