Cook the 24 ounces of frozen cauliflower rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the bag and place it in a small bowl. Set it aside.

In a large bowl combine the cooked cauliflower rice with the lime juice and the chopped cilantro. Spread the cilantro lime cauliflower rice evenly onto a 9x13 greased baking dish.

Over medium-high heat in a large skillet brown the ground beef. Break up the meat and sprinkle the baking soda and seasonings.
