Unfortunately, when your body reacts so violently to the gluten in the crust, a cheat is not worth the major setback. There are just some foods that my lips can’t even taste anymore and sadly pizza is one of them. So a low carb keto pizza had to make an appearance to keep to me on course.
But what’s a girl to do when a pizza craving strikes and a high option is no longer viable?
Well, you have a couple of options. For one, you can create an amazing keto pizza out of fathead dough. If you’re not familiar with fathead dough, it is basicallly a “dough” made out of mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, and a little bit of almond flour.
Some genius in the low carb keto community came up with this marvel and it’s taken the web by storm.
